VALC was founded by Valerie Crafton after seeing a critical gap in the industry: too many consultants lacked the practical knowledge needed to solve the complex problems clients face daily. With over two decades of experience in construction and development, Valerie built VALC to offer something different – custom, unbiased solutions grounded in lived experience, not theory.
